- Make a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel
- Show the issue clearly in the video (wrong or damaged product)
- Returns will not be accepted without video proof
🚫 Return Not Accepted If:
- Product is correct and not damaged
- Video proof is missing
- Innerwear or hygiene products
- Customer changes mind
💵 Refund & Payment Terms
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available – all orders must be prepaid
